Capturis, part of Conservice and a national utility management leader, is seeking an Invoice Specialist. In this remote/hybrid role, you will request payment extensions, ask for expedited payments, and verify payments with providers to prevent service disconnection.

You will also request missing invoices and handle late fee removals. You should have strong customer service skills, solid computer abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking.
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Handle payment extension requests with providers.
• Request expedited payments and verify postings.
• Follow up on missing invoices and disconnect notices.
• Assist with late fee removal and address updates.
• Communicate with utility providers by phone and email.
