Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Proficiency with G-Suite, Excel, and Access preferred.
• Team-oriented with good time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Upload electronic invoice files into the Capturis Billing application and verify invoice data accuracy.
• Map and upload data files from non-EDI sources (custom uploads).
• Interact with providers regarding data file changes and updates.
• Manage and update electronic invoice templates.
• Maintain high quality in the uploading of electronic invoices and fix inconsistencies as needed.
