Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, national security, international relations or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development, capture management, or defense industry.
• Ability to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities within defense/government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes business development plans for CAE USA Defense and Security.
• Identifies, evaluates, and qualifies new opportunities aligned with CAE’s growth objectives.
• Maintains productive relationships with government customers, military leaders, and industry partners.
• Develops customer engagement plans, opportunity assessments, and action plans for CAE opportunities.
• Analyzes customer missions, budgets, and procurement timelines to inform strategy.
• Coordinates with capture, proposal, and engineering teams to develop differentiated solutions.
