Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager II to support new business growth within the Defense and Security military training market.

You will identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and shape solutions aligned with customer priorities, collaborating across functions to position CAE for growth. You will coordinate with capture, engineering, strategy, and contracts to develop responsive, differentiated proposals and maintain accurate pipeline information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development or defense industry.
• Ability to translate customer missions into strategies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and advance business opportunities within assigned customer portfolio.
• Develop customer engagement plans, stakeholder maps, and opportunity assessments.
• Collaborate with capture, program, engineering, strategy, finance, contracts, and other teams to develop solutions.
• Prepare clear business cases, opportunity briefings, and pipeline updates.
• Support capture and proposal activities and participate in color-team reviews.
