CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager II to support growth within the Defense and Security Military Training and Simulation portfolio. You will build customer relationships, analyze market conditions, and shape solutions aligned with priorities.

Collaborate across capture, program, engineering, strategy, finance, contracts, and legal teams to drive opportunities. The role emphasizes developing plans, engaging stakeholders, and delivering compelling business cases while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, national security, international relations, or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in business development or defense industry.
Ability to translate customer missions into actionable business strategies.
Proven ability to build relationships with government customers and partners.
Experience with DoD budgeting, acquisition processes, and contracts.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities within CAE’s portfolios.
Develop customer engagement plans and opportunity assessments.
Collaborate with capture, program, engineering, strategy, and finance teams.
Prepare business cases, opportunity briefs, and pipeline updates for leadership.
Support capture and proposal activities and participate in reviews.
