Job Title: Minnesota/North Dakota State Sales Manager at Dinges Fire Company

Position Overview:

• This role requires a manager who understands the word ‘FLUID’. Dinges Fire is a growing company, and responsibilities may change rapidly. Adaptability and resilience are essential.
• Must have a firefighter background and a thorough understanding of Fire Department and EMS needs. We are Firefighters Selling to Firefighters!
• The position involves weekly travel within the State, attending meetings at the Amboy home office several times a year, and participating in Fire Shows as needed. Building relationships with Fire Departments and working with our Sales Team across your State are key responsibilities.
• This is a remote sales position. The State Manager must be capable of expanding business independently, with a dedicated home office setup.
• Excellent customer service skills are required, with the goal of establishing personal relationships with every Fire Department Chief and Decision Maker within the State.
• The role includes managing 1099 distributors/sales reps and personnel, and recruiting 1099 Sales Reps to cover your assigned State departments.
• Strong managerial, oral, and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ideal candidates will possess excellent people skills and enjoy teamwork.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based sales programs, along with social media skills, is required.
• Preferably, the candidate resides in the State they are assigned.
