Responsibilities

• Lead construction operations for EPC and sub contract projects across mining and related sectors.
• Develop and implement safe, efficient, and profitable delivery strategies.
• Oversee performance metrics: safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contract compliance.
• Direct workforce planning, staffing forecasts, and mobilization across multiple projects.
• Drive readiness reviews, risk assessments, and gate approvals.
