Job summary

Castolin Eutectic in Canada is seeking a Business Development Manager – Mining to lead territory development from a home-based office. You will target mining operators in Timmins and surrounding communities, selling wear services and engineered solutions.

Responsibilities include prospecting, building relationships with maintenance and engineering teams, creating a robust sales pipeline in Dynamics CRM, and collaborating with services and product teams to win new business.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prospect for new business and convert leads into customers.
• Experience with cold calling, outbound sales, new account acquisition, and developing untapped territories.
• Strong commercial instincts to uncover customer needs and communicate value.
