Job summary

Castolin Eutectic is seeking a Wear Solutions Specialist to grow our service offerings in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement and steel. This home-based role covers Ontario, with a vehicle allowance and uncapped commissions, serving end users and OEMs.

You will drive market development, collaborate with the Wear Solutions team, and build relationships with maintenance, engineering and purchasing personnel to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of wear solutions experience in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement or steel operations.
Solid understanding of surface protection and wear management solutions.
Must be comfortable speaking with maintenance, engineering and purchasing personnel.
Basic understanding of key clients and their industry positions.
Consultative communication skills and mechanical aptitude.
Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Market development to grow wear services with strategic accounts in targeted industries.
Collaborate with Wear Solutions team to provide technical and application support.
Engage customers and OEMs to deliver tailored wear solutions.
Identify prospects and customers' needs and develop new business messaging.
Maintain an opportunity pipeline in the CRM.
Provide technical, design, and product support for wear-related inquiries.
