Qualifications

• Seven plus years in account management or territory sales, preferably in mining or heavy equipment.
• Established relationships within US mining, especially Northern Nevada, with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts to meet quotas.
• Experience with underground mining operations and customer applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships as the primary contact for equipment, fleet and aftermarket opportunities from identification to closure.
• Meet territory sales targets by expanding existing accounts and developing new customers.
• Develop strategic engagement plans covering current business, growth opportunities and capital plans.
• Prepare quotations and proposals with internal teams and negotiate terms within authority.
• Conduct regular site and underground visits to assess applications and performance.
• Coordinate with product management and support engineering to address inquiries and issues.
• Maintain CRM records and track opportunities from identification to delivery.
• Provide monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts to support planning.
• Report progress, priorities and market intelligence to management and teams.
