Job summary

Sandvik in Nevada (Elko) is seeking a multi-cultural, outcomes-driven Parts & Services Sales Representative to grow aftermarket revenue and manage a defined customer portfolio. You will perform site visits, drive account plans, and lead commercial discussions including pricing and contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a mining-related field or equivalent, plus mining/industrial sales experience, consultative selling, CRM proficiency, and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical/industrial/mining field.
• Experience in mining or industrial sales and account management.
• Experience with consultative solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Parts & Services revenue in the assigned territory.
• Develop strategic account plans and manage customer relationships.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across the Parts & Services portfolio.
• Lead pricing, proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery of commitments.
