You will partner with customers, dealers, and internal teams to drive measurable improvements using data, assessments, and performance tools. You will lead site assessments, CI initiatives, and performance tool implementations, coaching teams and customers on operational best practices to unlock higher performance and safety across

Formación

• A strong personal safety culture with the ability to influence safe behaviors across diverse mine sites.
• Experience in surface mining operations and knowledge of MineStar Fleet or Command for Hauling.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence and mining processes.
• Experience using performance improvement methodologies and data analysis.
• Ability to coach and influence customers and Caterpillar teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and change-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support safe and effective performance for MineStar Fleet and Command for Hauling customers as SME.
• Lead Site Assessments, CI initiatives, and performance tool implementations.
• Apply methodologies to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control performance.
• Provide coaching to Caterpillar teams, dealers, and mining customers.
• Advise customers on operational best practices and CI opportunities.
• Maintain and update operational documentation with insights.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to enhance offerings.
• Support contractual and non-contractual customer performance commitments.
