Qualifications

• Experience in surface mining operations.
• Knowledge of MineStar Fleet or Command for Hauling.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Engineering or IT-related background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site assessments and CI initiatives.
• Coach Caterpillar teams and customers.
• Define, measure, analyze, and improve performance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and support teams.
• Support contractual performance commitments.
