Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a MineStar Application Specialist to support autonomous mining systems at the Northern Nevada mine site. You will work closely with customers and Caterpillar engineers to optimize MineStar Command and ensure reliable performance across fleets.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, field support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive uptime, safety, and efficiency in a dynamic mining environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement MineStar Command and optimize system performance.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Support MineStar Command Office Supervisors, Builders, Controllers, and Technicians to minimize downtime.
• Assist with hardware/software installation and configuration,QA/QC processes.
• Measure, benchmark, and report system performance; identify improvements.
• Create training materials and process documentation for ongoing learning.
• Execute continuous improvement projects to optimize production and efficiency.
