Job summary

ALO in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Sales & Service Lead to elevate guest experience, drive engagement and education, and create a service-led sales environment on the floor. The role oversees Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, recruits and develops talent, and uses performance data to drive growth in partnership with the store leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Values feedback; receptive to feedback and eager to provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Constant movement around all store areas; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor with high-level customer connection and product education; coach teammates to close gaps.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize and implement action plans addressing deficient areas and opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
