Job summary

Alo in Berkeley, CA is hiring a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the sales floor through hands-on product education and coaching. You will build strong client relationships, analyze performance data, and drive strategic action to meet engagement and education targets, while maintaining a sanctuary-like store environment.

You will directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, partner with operations on budgets and staffing, and lead cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Receptive to feedback and eager to provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with results focus and teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Able to stand, move, bend, and climb during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience on the floor with product education and coaching.
• Build client relationships daily and drive engagement.
• Analyze reports to identify growth opportunities and implement actions.
• Ensure sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment and development of Sales & Service staff.
