ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate guest experiences, educate customers, and drive store performance. You will lead by example, coach team members, and ensure the sales floor operates with focus on service and results.

The role requires mobility, strong communication, and the ability to recruit and develop talent while maintaining a welcoming sanctuary for guests and community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to move around store and lift up to 50 pounds.
