ALO in Houston, TX is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the floor, deliver expert product education, and coach teammates to close sales while maintaining a sanctuary-like environment.

You will analyze store reports to drive action, ensure effective floor coverage, recruit and develop talent, and partner with Operations and Visual teams to execute store directives.

Formación

• Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities.
• Values feedback, receptive to feedback and eager to provide it.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Proof of right to live and work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing the level of guest connection and product education, and coaching team members to address gaps.
• Continue to build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support action plans focusing on growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives.
