ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience and drive engagement and education on the floor. You will lead a service-driven environment, coach team members, and partner with store leadership to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to assess guest needs, and a readiness to move across the store to support business goals and guest service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision making.
• Values feedback, receptive to receiving and giving feedback.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Aufgaben

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product education; support team with feedback and coaching.
• Build and maintain client relationships with customers daily.
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support action plans for deficient areas and growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and leading selling initiatives.
