Dutch Bros Coffee in Lynchburg, VA seeks a Shift Lead to uphold our vision, culture and core values on every shift. You will lead by example, communicate feedback, and handle the harder tasks so the crew can focus on the principles that make our brand special.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, coaching new teammates, inventory support, and ensuring standards during promotions and daily operations, with a flexible schedule and a minimum 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Broista experience preferred
• No disciplinary action for past 90 days
• Food Handler Permit/Certification required per state/local regulations
• Ability to complete mandatory certificates and knowledge tests
• Schedule requires availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week with a flexible schedule

Responsabilités

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift to ensure a mind-blowing customer experience
• Manage the shift and ensure readiness for specials or promotions with the right energy
• Model and teach Broista training on drink and operational fundamentals
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally in a fun, engaging environment
• Support inventory management and shop setup for the next shift
