Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist who will greet customers, discuss project needs, and guide them to the best products and services. You’ll become the product expert, sharing specifications, promotions, and financing options to close sales in departments such as Appliances, Flooring, and more.

You’ll work in a dynamic retail environment, moving across the store and assisting customers, with emphasis on delivering exceptional consulting and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service with goals/metrics.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods; lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by identifying needs and explaining Lowe’s products.
• Act as point of contact for customers and vendors, handling estimates, orders and installations.
• Sell in Pro or other departments; support merchandise and pricing policies.
• Train associates on the sales floor and assist with development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
