Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, assess project needs, and guide decisions. You will become the product expert, explain specifications, promotions, and financing options to close sales.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, problem solving, and collaboration with store teams to meet home improvement goals. You will work across departments such as Appliances, Flooring, and Windows depending on store needs, with opportunities to participate in training and skills

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods; lift 25 lbs
• Sales licensure or registration if required by state

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within the department
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales
• Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors to reorder stock
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation
• Train associates and coach on development needs; complete other duties
