Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing sales or related experience.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as department liaison, provide project estimates and coordinate orders/installations.
• Assist customers in closing sales and relay promotions and financing options.
• Train associates in the department and coach on development needs.
