Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by identifying customer needs and explaining Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, providing estimates and coordinating installer visits.
• Assist in price reviews and maintain accurate pricing and documentation.
• Support checkout and store operations and help customers with requests for assistance.
• Coach and train associates in the department on sales approaches and product knowledge.
