Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe's retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe's retail if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with goals or metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, provide project estimates, scheduling installer visits, processing orders and following up for completion.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with vendors and stores to find merchandise and replacements.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and department requests.
• Train associates on-the-job and coaching needs.
