Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience selling Millwork products, including interior trim, interior doors, and interior hardware.
• Prospect new customers via cold calling and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform take-offs.
• Willingness to visit job sites to measure doors and trim.
• Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with customers and subcontractors to determine needs and provide beneficial services.
• Attain and maintain sales of all products, focused on interior and millwork products.
• Gives presentations to builders and provides expert advice on product features and benefits.
• Do take-offs and prepare estimates to ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time.
