Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC seeks an experienced Instructor/Operator (I/O) to provide medical simulation training within the MSTC framework. The role involves teaching Soldiers across EMT, 68W Sustainment, and NREMT levels in classroom and field environments.

You will use realistic moulage, simulations, and high-fidelity scenarios to assess critical thinking and psychomotor skills, adhering to Army medical doctrine and PMCS routines. A strong instructor background is essential.

Qualifications

• NREMT certification required in EMT or higher.
• BLS-HCP certification required.
• TC 8-800 instructor course required; annual skills validation.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and test Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT, and NREMT levels.
• Demonstrate skills and ensure student proficiency; manage classroom and field training.
• Prepare units for training, operate with equipment, and maintain PPE inventories.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and employee information.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
