Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC seeks a Medic Instructor Operator at Camp Williams, UT to deliver high-fidelity medical simulation training for 68W Sustainment, EMT, and NREMT levels in classroom and field environments.

The role requires current NREMT with EMT or higher, relevant military/medical background, ability to travel, and capacity to instruct mixed populations of Soldiers; on-site, full-time TEMP.

Qualifications

• Current NREMT with EMT or higher.
• Ability to instruct and assess Soldiers in 68W, EMT, and NRP/CLS levels.
• Must pass TC 8-800 instructor course and renew annually.
• Capable of classroom and field instruction and equipment setup.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, demonstrate skills, and test Soldiers in EMS courses.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety during training.
• Prepare for field/classroom scenarios and equipment setup.
• Collaborate with AMEDDC&S and MSTC staff.
