Phoenix Logistics, LLC is seeking an Instructor/Operator Paramedic to support the Army Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) Program. The role involves instructing Soldiers of varied experience levels in realistic training scenarios, ensuring proficiency in critical areas of the EMT curriculum.

This position requires a strong background in medical training, a current Paramedic certification, and the ability to perform under high-stress conditions. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and willing to provide proof of vaccination for Covid-19.

Qualifications

• Current National Registry Paramedic certification required.
• Must complete TC 8-800 skills validation annually.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and evaluate Soldiers in all areas of EMT training.
• Conduct simulation training using approved scenarios.
• Manage and maintain training equipment and consumables.
