Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC is seeking an Instructor/Operator Paramedic to support the Army Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) program. The role involves instructing Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT levels, and CLS courses, using high-fidelity medical simulations and moulage techniques to reflect operational environments.

The I/O Paramedic will assess student performance, develop effective training scenarios, and coordinate with training units on equipment use, maintenance, and safety.

Qualifications

• Paramedics must hold National Registry Paramedic certification and stay current.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance if required.
• Maintain Basic Life Support-Healthcare Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.
• Complete TC 8-800 skills validation annually.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, demonstrate, and test Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT, and NRP levels.
• Assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills in high-fidelity simulations.
• Coordinate with training units on equipment use, setup, and cleanup.
• Maintain proficiency with applicable company products and procedures.
• Inventory and manage consumables and PMCS kits.
• Perform daily PMCS on equipment.
