Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC is seeking a Medic Instructor Operator to provide part-time on-call instruction for the Army MSTC program. The I/O will deliver high-fidelity medical simulation, use moulage and special effects, and assess students in 68W sustainment, EMT, and CLS courses in classroom or field settings.

Candidates must hold NREMT with EMT or higher, meet instructor qualifications, be a US citizen, and be willing to travel across the U.S. to training sites.

Qualifications

• NREMT with EMT or higher required.
• TC 8-800 skills validation annually required.
• Experience teaching medical simulation and emergency care topics.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance if needed.

Responsibilities

• Instruct high-fidelity medical simulation scenarios for Army MSTC.
• Demonstrate skills and test Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT, and CLS courses.
• Prepare training equipment and supervise PMCS of gear.
• Assist unit with training preparation, equipment use and cleanup.
• Maintain proficiency with applicable company products and training materials.
