Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC is seeking an experienced I/O instructor to support the Army MSTC program, capable of teaching 68W Sustainment, EMT, and NRP levels in classroom or field environments.

The role requires current NREMT/EMT certification, BLS-HCP, TC 8-800 training, and the ability to travel across the U.S. while maintaining confidentiality and presenting technical material effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be current in and maintain NREMT with EMT or higher.
• Former 68W/18D ALC or NEC/4NOX1 or equivalent is acceptable.
• Must maintain BLS-HCP certification.
• Must be US citizen and able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, demonstrate skills, and test Soldiers in 68W Sustainment, EMT, and NRP levels.
• Ensure courses address all levels of students and meet AMEDDC&S guidelines.
• Prepare for training with equipment use, setup, and cleanup.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and employee information.
