Job summary

Phoenix-Logistics,-LL seeks a Medic Instructor Operator (Part Time on Call) to support Army MSTC training, conducting high-fidelity medical simulations and field scenarios for Soldiers and first responders.

The role requires current NREMT EMT or higher, TC 8-800 certification, and willingness to travel across the U.S. You will instruct EMT sustainment and CLS courses, manage equipment, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• NREMT certification at EMT level or higher.
• TC 8-800 skills validation annually required.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Must complete TC 8-800 or current TC3 instructor course.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training courses address all levels of students.
• Instruct, demonstrate skills and test on 68W Sustainment, EMT, and NRP levels.
• Maintain instructor qualifications for taught courses.
• Assist training unit with equipment use, prep and cleanup.
• Present material and educate students on technical material.
• Maintain proficiency with company products.
• Inventory and manage consumables and PMCS kits.
• Perform PMCS on equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of student/employee information.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
