Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in pharmaceutical/health/science sales preferred with three+ years in the industry
• Proven track record in sales, strong presentation skills and ability to work in a matrix environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve sales performance
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and solve customer needs
• Execute call plans to maximize coverage and sales opportunities
• Share market intelligence with in-field team and leadership to align brand strategy
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and engage disease state experts
