Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Specialty Representative for Migraine in the Denton, TX area. This full-time, field-based role focuses on executing brand strategy, achieving sales KPIs, and maintaining strong customer relationships to place patients at the center of every effort.

Responsibilities include developing call plans, overcoming objections, expanding access to Neuroscience therapies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams while adhering to laws and AbbVie policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• Five (5) years of experience with three (3)+ years in pharma/health/science preferred; HS diploma required
• Proven leadership, presentation skills, business acumen and use of business tools
• Adaptability to customer style and matrix environment; selling approach
• Preferred: success in sales in respective therapeutic areas; knowledge of HCIR credentialing

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets and marketing objectives.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance.
• Build trusted customer relationships and win-win agreements with AbbVie customers.
• Develop and execute a call plan to optimize coverage and frequencies for key customers.
• Share market intelligence with in-field teams to align brand strategy and execution.
