Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health/sciences/pharmacy or business-related field preferred.
• At least five years of industry experience with three+ years in the pharmaceutical/health/science sector preferred; HS diploma accepted.
• Strong knowledge of scientific concepts, to support sales discussions and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and targets.
• Create pre-call plans and evaluate calls to improve performance; handle objections.
• Build trusted customer relationships and solve customer needs to maximize opportunities.
• Develop and execute call plans to maximize access and sales with key customers.
• Share market intelligence to align brand strategy with field teams and management.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value propositions and engage disease state experts to support brand.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy or related field or equivalent experience

5+ years in pharma/health/science industry with 3+ years in pharma preferred

High school diploma/GED required
