Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
• At least five years of experience; three or more years in pharma/health/science preferred.
• Strong knowledge of products, competition; strategic thinking.
• Proven sales success with strong presentation skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.
• HCIR credentialing requirements and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet KPIs and objectives.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance.
• Build trusted customer relationships and maximize win-win agreements.
• Develop and execute call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams.
