Qualifications

• At least five years in pharma/health/science, with 3+ in the industry preferred.
• Strong scientific, product, and competitive knowledge; strategic thinking.
• Proven sales track record and presentation skills in a matrix environment.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Ability to pass HCIR credentialing and applicable background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and targets.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance.
• Develop call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Identify and leverage disease state experts and speakers for brand.
• Share market intelligence with in-field teams to align strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition to healthcare providers.
