Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based sales professional to execute brand strategy and maximize patient-focused outcomes across a defined territory in the United States. You will build strong customer relationships, manage accounts, and drive short- and long-term sales performance in alignment with AbbVie’s code of conduct and regulatory requirements.

This role emphasizes proactive customer needs solving, plan development, and collaboration with brand teams and sales managers to optimize market access

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field or equivalent industry experience required.
• Five years of experience in pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred; HS diploma acceptable.
• Strong leadership, presentation skills, business acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet or exceed set goals.
• Create pre-call plan objectives and post-call evaluation to continuously improve sales performance.
• Develop call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities with key customers.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and maintain disease state experts.
