Job summary

You will execute brand strategy, manage territory, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales and patient access. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in health/science or business with 5+ years in pharma/health sales, plus strong presentation and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience required.
• 5+ years in pharma/health/science sales, with 3+ years in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas, products and competitive landscape; able to educate and influence customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and achieve KPIs within assigned territory.
• Develop pre-call plans and execute post-call evaluations to improve performance.
• Build trusted relationships with health providers and key accounts to maximize access and sales.
• Develop and execute call plans to optimize coverage and frequency with key customers.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to align strategies.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and identify disease state experts to maximize brand performance.
