Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required or five years in pharma/health/science with three years in industry preferred
• Proactively identifies customer style/behavior and adapts selling approach to develop sales strategies
• Strong business acumen and ability to operate in a matrix environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed set goals.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve sales performance and close calls.
• Build trusted customer relationships and address customer needs to drive win-win outcomes for AbbVie.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities with key customers.
• Gain market intelligence and align brand strategy with field teams and sales management.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers and engage disease state experts and advocates.
