Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives.
• Create pre-call plan objectives and post-call evaluation to improve performance.
• Build trusted customer relationships and win-win agreements.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Share market intelligence with in-field team, brand team and sales manager.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers; identify disease state experts.
• Maintain HCIR credentialing compliance and AbbVie policies.
