Responsibilities

• Execute field brand strategy and sales tactics to meet territory KPIs and targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; solve customer needs to maximize short and long term sales.
• Develop call plans, manage territory coverage and call frequency with key accounts to maximize access.
• Provide market feedback and competitive insights to brand and sales teams to improve performance.
• Maintain HCIR credentials where required and comply with regulatory and company policies.
