Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
• Equivalent industry experience may substitute for a degree; five years in pharma with three+ years in sales preferred; HS diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets for the assigned territory.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve sales performance and close on calls.
• Develop plans to maximize access and sales opportunities by optimizing territory coverage and frequency with key customers.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and maintain disease state experts to maximize brand performance.
• Protect patient-centric focus and comply with health care regulations and AbbVie’s code of conduct.
