Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/health/science; 3+ years in pharma/health preferred; HS diploma required.
• Proven leadership and presentation skills with strategic thinking.

• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
• Preferred: sales performance experience in therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, KPIs, financial targets and marketing objectives.
• Create pre-call objectives and post-call evaluations to improve sales.

• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and coverage.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams for alignment.
