Husqvarna Group is seeking a Contractor Direct District Sales Manager for Husqvarna Construction to drive profitable sales in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. This role focuses on maintaining customers, developing new accounts, and increasing market share through strategic selling and strong relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales, strong product knowledge across categories, and proficient CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Sales required.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; BS in Business Admin or other applicable degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales budget.
• Manage accurate forecast for responsible territory and channel.
• Execute basket selling to become primary supplier in served categories.
• Maintain market share and competitive position in the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Test tooling and equipment with customers.
• Monitor competitors in the territory; address issues.
• Maintain CRM diligently.
• Process travel and administration tasks according to policy.
