Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Sales
• Overnight travel 60-75% of the time, mostly by car
• Expert knowledge of customer-focused selling (CFS) in relevant categories
• Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales budget and manage accurate territory forecasts
• Implement basket selling to become primary supplier in served product categories
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers
• Test tooling and equipment with potential and existing customers
• Provide and coordinate technical support and training as needed
• Maintain accurate CRM and manage expense reports timely
• Maintain car stock reconciliation per policy
• Conduct comprehensive business reviews to drive sales growth
