Job summary

Safewaze in the Midwest is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales across distributor networks and drive growth in safety markets. You will manage reps, build strong distributor relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and training.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial/safety sales, reside in IL or WI, and are willing to travel 50%+. This full-time role offers healthcare, 401k and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales and/or Sales Management experience with industrial or safety products.
• Be familiar with construction and industrial-related practices and procedures.
• Must reside in the Midwest US area (IL or WI) with ability to travel 50%+

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic objectives, sales strategies and standards for reps, and monitor the effectiveness of existing reps.
• Provide reps with training, guidance and assistance to recruit and retain distributors, and provide after-sales support.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with key personnel at distributor accounts.
• Coordinate effectively with internal functions, including Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing regarding pricing, delivery, training, product manufacturing and availability.
• Bring innovative thinking and problem solving to bear on customer issues.
