Safewaze, a Branded manufacturer of fall protection equipment, seeks a Territory Manager to lead a sales force of independent reps selling through distributors across multiple safety markets. You will manage distributor accounts, meet sales goals, and drive strategic objectives while traveling 50%+ in the Midwest (IL/WI).

You will train reps, recruit distributors, coordinate pricing and delivery, and provide after-sales support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales and/or Sales Management experience in industrial or safety products.
• Familiarity with construction and industrial practices.
• Highly ethical with strong presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage reps across the territory to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Set strategic objectives and standards for reps and monitor effectiveness.
• Provide training and guidance to recruit/retain distributors and support after-sales service.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing on pricing, delivery, training, and availability.
• Represent Safewaze at trade shows and association events; provide market feedback.
