Job summary

Safewaze, a division of Canopy Brands, seeks a Territory Manager to oversee sales activities with Independent Representatives and distributors in multiple safety markets in the Midwest. You will manage distributor accounts, train reps, and drive sales objectives across construction, industrial, and related markets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales or sales management for industrial or safety products, reside in IL or WI, and can travel 50%+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales and/or Sales Management experience with industrial or safety products.
• Familiar with construction and industrial-related practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic objectives, sales strategies and standards for reps, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Provide reps with training, guidance and assistance to recruit and retain distributors, and provide after-sales support.
